Mercedes-Benz S600 Sedan

Sunday, July 5, 2009

These days everyone thinks that a 4x4 is the only way to go in the snow. Lots of misguided yuppies have sacrificed comfort and style for the illusion of reliability and performance. In the old days, of course, the best way to get around during the Christmas season was by sleigh. These days it's in a Mercedes-Benz S600. This is the biggest, most luxurious sedan that Mercedes makes. Powered by one of the world's few V12 engines and with 420 lbs.-ft of torque, this limited-production beauty will blow the back doors off of any reindeer wagon on the road. It can't fly through the air or land on the rooftop but it does have plenty of cargo space for when you are feeling especially Santa-like. The Robb Report named the Mercedes-Benz S600 "Best Luxury Car" and Consumer Reports named it the "Most Comfortable Car." The Mercedes-Benz S600's MSRP is $132,250. Ho-ho-ho.
